The printed side will be printed on the top of the window cling film with a white underlay to make the colors pop and also to stop the image from looking transparent. The window cling will be mirrored, so when you apply the image from the inside of the glass it will show correctly looking from the outside. This is the best way to apply the window cling to protect it from the outside elements and better application. However, if you wish for it to not be mirrored, because you will be applying the cling to the outside of the glass, then please let us know when ordering in the note section.

Apply window clings by thoroughly cleaning the glass, spraying it with water (or soapy water for easier positioning), and smoothing the cling from the center outward using a squeegee to remove bubbles. Peel the backing, apply the smooth side to the wet glass, and trim if necessary.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Surface: Clean the glass thoroughly with cleaner and dry it completely
- Positioning: For large clings, use tape to mark the placement, or use a mixture of water and a few drops of dish soap for better repositioning.
- Application: Peel the backing, spray the window and the back of the cling with water, and place it on the glass.
- Smoothing: Use a squeegee, credit card, or damp sponge to press the cling onto the glass, working from the center outward to remove air bubbles and excess water.
- Finishing: Trim any excess with a utility knife if necessary.
Tips for Success
- Avoid Heat/Direct Sun: Do not apply to hot glass.
- Use Water: Water ensures the cling adheres properly without creating permanent, sticky residue.
- Storage: Save the backing paper to reapply the clings for future use.
- Removing Bubbles: If bubbles persist, use a squeegee or a small roller.
